Good quality, delivery could improve
I ordered 200 Red Roses for a small event. The roses themselves were really fresh and vibrant, exactly as pictured online. They lasted quite a while after delivery. The packaging was also very secure, so nothing was damaged. My main issue was with the delivery tracking. It was a bit vague and the estimated arrival time shifted a couple of times, which made planning a little stressful. It took 5 days to reach Denver, which is what they quoted, but the uncertainty in the middle was a bit annoying. Overall, good value for the quality, but better delivery updates would make it a perfect experience.
Reliable for wedding flowers
This was my third time ordering from GlobalRose, this time for Wedding Bouquets and some extra Eucalyptus. I've always used them for bulk flower needs because they're pretty consistent. The bouquets were just as I customized them and the eucalyptus was fresh, like always. Previous orders for just roses were also great. What I appreciate most is the reliability; you know what you're getting and when. The only thing I noticed this time is that the customer service response felt a little slower than my first two orders when I had a quick question about delivery, but they did get back to me within a day. Still, for fresh flowers delivered right to your door, they do a solid job.
